Are you running SSR SP2 already ?

Normally this behavior occurs when you write the backups with a different user than the user that starts the local BESR console, e.g. you login as Administrator and start the BESR console, but the backups are written to a UNC path and the user used to access this location is access_admin.

The SSR is running on SP1 . Do i need to upgraded it to SP2 ? SP2 will solve it .But the backups is running  same credential with the Server Credential.

I'd at least give it a try. Have you tried the thing with the user ?
