When I tried the what Mark_solution suggested NetBackup was able to start reading the tape. I was able to successfully import my catalog and test my DR solution Thanks a lot!

Thanks all for the replies. I downloaded the wrong update package. I downloaded the server update package instead of the client one. I had to download NB_CLT_6.5.4_326396.tar and NB_JAV_6.5.4_326406.tar now it's working Thanks a lot!
