Hi Riaan, Thanks a lot and things are very much clear now. Also I check and found that FT Server is supported only on Solaris and Linux also on x64 platform only. Is that correct.

Hi, Corret me if I am wrong, We have setup backup to disk folder where disk location is on another machine (NTFS shared drive) and that is also USB connected disk. I am able to run backup without any issue.

Hi Don, May be first you can check the device compatibility with BEWS for Netapp with fireware version. Device must be supported for NDMP backup in this case.
