We had previously used the Netbackup (NBU) Migrator to migrate from disk to tape. We now want to un-migrate that data back to disk. Is this possible? We're running EV 7.0.5 currently. Thanks in advance.

Don't see any way to change or add a reviewer on an existing case. I have Admin role but when I go into role assignment on the case, under roles, the only role shown is Admin. I assume this is where I would select a reviewer role but it's not there. ...

We've opened a case with support and so far they don't think there is any way to do this. I'm surprised to hear that since we can't be the only ones who have this need. Also, correction we're running 8.0.5 currently.

Thanks for the response. We don't need to extract from cab files necessarily, we just need to get all items that were migrated to tape restored from tape to disk. At that point they can be collected or not. So if I'm misunderstanding what you're sayi...

The journal mailbox is on a clustered server, which is on SAN. The link is Gig ethernet (1 Gbps) Journaling had been working fine until recently. Not sure what the issue could be. Perhaps I should try deleting and recreating the Journaling task.
