Question - In regard to sent e-mail, is there a way to prevent duplicates from being added to the review set?
How do you stop getting multuiple hits on the same message? As an example, if an employee sends an e-mail to 5 other employees as recipients and the message is captured because of a hotword, the message will be captured 6 times. (1 outgoing/5 incoming) Is there a configuration setting to list duplicates once?
Any solution?
Thank you all

Hello There,
I would highly recommend to go through the de-duplication functionality available in Compliance Accelerator 9.0 and onwards.
Even though Journal Archive ( talking about Sampling ) is main source of information for Compliance Accelerator, as a user you can always perform searches against mailbox and other types of archives. There is a high amount of chance for duplicates in search results.
Compliance Accelerator 9.0 has a de-duplication feature which removes such duplicates within the search results before they are accepted in the review set. This nullifies possiblites of duplicates in your final review set and overall the review set becomes lot cleaner.
Hope this helps.

If you are searching users archives then you will get the multiple hits. Most folks are searching a journal archive and in the scenario above there would be only 1 copy of the email that is in the journal archive and only one hit.
Other than that, no, there isn't a setting to limit duplicates from review.

Alok raises a good point, are you still on CA 8? If yes, this could be a good reason to upgrade.
