About a failed backup of a Server 2008 's directory

Hello everybody.

I have this issue when I backup some file or directory of a Windows Server 2008:

"A failure ocurred accessing the Writer metadata."

This the first time that I see this error and it's first that I try to save a Server 2008.

Is it Win 2008 or Win 2008 R2 server ?

If its R2 server then install SP4 for BE12.5 and update the remote agent on R2 server.

Run Live Update and install SP4
