Hi, an IT operator who installed BE left the company and his account was deleted. Since he didn't add any other account on BE10.0 nobody else can't run BE and change anything. I don't like to uninstall and reinstall BE as jobs and settings would be lost.
Is there any way to add another Account with administrative permissions to logon to BE ?

Hello,

you can try the following Steps:
- Create a new User.
- give him local and Domain Admin rights.
- Let the Services run under this new account (execpt the Remote Agent Service)
- recycle the Service
- now try openeing the Console.
- When it asks you for logon credentials use the crednetials of this new account.
