Access to view and monitor jobs

I have a non domain admin user that logs onto terminal server where Veritas Backup Exec 10 is running. This user wants to monitor that the jobs are running each night. When she logs onto Veritas, no jobs are showing. When administrator logs in, it sees them fine. What is the best method to give her the appropriate access that she needs? Thanks,
