Activating an online download order

3 weeks ago we purchased domino agent plug in for 10d via symantec online store.

Credit card has been debited and order recognised (as per email response) BUT the download function has not been activated

Requests to customer support are just automated responses saying we are busy so will reply in 5 to 7 days - yet no response

Does anyone know how to actually get access to products you have paid for from Symantec?
