B2D - "Difference encountered in file data" after partition resizing

The platform is running BE 11d 7170 SP4. We are writing circular B2D backups to a external ISCSI LUN. This is done using an Microsoft ISCSI Initiator, and a drive letter (U) representing the LUN. This setup was working quite well. Then the C drive on server running the Backup Exec started running out of disk space. The boot drive (C) is a small partition compared to a data partition (E drive) on the same disk. We used a disk partition utility to resize both partitions; took some away from the data and added more to the boot. Now the boot partition has plenty of space. But now the B2D backups (3 different daily backup jobs)  to the ISCSI Lun are almost continually failing with the error "Difference encountered in file data" during the verify stage. They all seem to complete the backup with the proper byte size, but there is almost always a verify failure. The ISCSI LUN (U drive) was not changing during this process. I have completely reformatted the ISCSI Lun but that didn't help. Other applications that use the other ISCSI LUN's aren't having any issues. GRT Backups to the local data drive (E drive) work just fine. All of the B2D/GRT backups use a 4GB file size config.

Any thoughts ?

This knowledge base article (http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/267554.htm) has some info regarding this error, but it seems as though you may have a slightly different cause (re-partitioning). Take a look though and see if this helps. Post back to let us know if you've resolved the issue.
