BE 10d - Remote Agent Install but cant backup remote server?

Hi,

I just upgraded to a trial version of BE10d. I uninstalled the 9.1 remote agent from two remote servers then pushed the new agent to to the remote servers. Install went successfully and the RA Service is started under local system account.

When I try to expand the server in the selection tree I see it as if it has no remote agent installed on there. I am unable to check anything (every option is grayed out ie (C$ and E$). These servers were previously backing up remotely, does anyone know why this would happen with the upgrade?

Did you install any v10 Remote Agent serials on the media server?

Do they still show as being installed?

Hi,

As suggested earlier, ensure that BE v10.0 Remote Agent serial number is registered on media server.
