Hi Can someone help? Currently have installed symantec 12.5 Backup Exec, the job runs every night but fails to backup the domino server stating unable to contact remote agent, have pushed out the agent again which it finds is already installed and that their is 1 update to be installed that is then proceeded to install. The only problem is the next day get the same message that unable to connect to remote agent. Go through the same process and it installs the 1 update again....and again fails
I then went for the uninstall "remote agent" tact but am unable to uninstall I get the message: Currently 1 active backup jobs on backup exec server. Please stop any active backup job or wait for them to complete.
Checked the media server no active job also stopped services and retried but got the same message am now looking for help in how to manually uninstall or any other fixes..
