hello,
I make a backup with 2010r3 Be a Windows 2008 domain controller.
At the end, I have an error message:
"Backup - \ \ SRV-DC1.domain.fr \ SYSVOL The \ \ SRV-DC1.domain.fr \ SYSVOL \ domain.fr \ DO_NOT_REMOVE_NtFrs_PreInstall_Directory is missing or inaccessible.
Any of its files or subdirectories will be saved "
Optional backup:
Full backup with GRT
With AOFO enabled
After the backup I can restore objects in AD, but I did not quite save the SYSVOL directory
If you have an idea?
Thank you in advance

Hi,
Are you backing up the SYSVOL folder directly? If so, you only need to back up the registry that includes that.
Refer to the TN below for further information:

Thanks!

No, I try to save the DC completely, but I have the error message.
My problem is really the backup domain controller

Hi
In that case only recommend to enable debug by going to Domain controller , go to start -run-regedit-go to hklm-software-symantec-backupexec-engine-logging on right hand side click on Create debug log & change value from 0 to 1 & then run the backup job again
Once the job is failed please go to c-program file-symantec-backupexec-raws-logs folder & check beremote log which will give you insight & if you are not able to understand please upload it here
Thanks
