Where is the agent to backup Solaris ??

We EOL'd Solaris Backup in Backup Exec 2010.

Backup Exec no longer supports backup and recovery of Solaris, AIX, or HP-UX servers.

If you need protection for those platforms, NetBackup is the product of choice at this time.

Backup Exec 2010 does support Solaris.

AIX and HP support is no more there in backup exec 2010.

But in Backup Exec 2012 all Unix Operating System support is removed such as Solaris,HP and AIX.
