BE recognizes used tapes as blank in error

Every night I do a inc. Job to a media set which contains four tapes for now.

Next morning some tapes are marked as empty, most times it's no 4.

When I do a inventory I got some of the tapes marked as cleaning tape.

The only thing that helps is a re-catalog. But this helps only for this day.

This is my config:

w2k3 with all sp and all patches
BE 10.1 with sp and all patches
BE latest driver pack
Exabyte VXA-2 Packetloader 10x with newest firmware

Please check with hardware vendor if there are any emulation modes for the Exabyte VXA-2 Packetloader.
If yes try changing the Emulation mode.
