BEWS 11d for SBS License Key

I ordered BEWS 11d for SBS from Dell, Package comes nice and sealed. But when I tring to install on my server, in the license key screen, I put 16 digitals license key in the boxs, format as 05-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxx, the software won't take it. I am calling Dell and they keep let me go to licensing.symantec.com to create license key. Is anyone here have same issue?

Silly question first -
 
You are installing on an SBS box, correct?
 
Any specific error or just a generic "Invalid Key" error?

I know it sounds stupid. But I am getting "Invalid Key" error. Does it have to be on the SBS server? I am installing on a member server with tape drive.

Yes, the SBS version of BackupExec will only install on an SBS-OS box.
