Backup Directory is there but not the contents

Hello Everyone,

I have certain folders that is backed upto tape but the contents of those drives are not backing up. For example if i have 20 folders, on some the contents are available while the others the contents of that folders are not backing up.

Am i missing anything.

Your valuable inputs are appreciated.

Are the folders DFSR enabled?

Are they shares?

If DFSR enabled then you need to backup by selecting them from under Shadow Copy Components from under the selections for that server.
