Backup Exec 12.5 & Symantec System Recovery On The Same Server

I have a customer that is currently using Backup Exec 12.5 and I want to migrate him to SSR.

In order to show him SSR working I would like to install it on his server and then do a couple of backups/restores (he likes to see his data being used in demos). Can I install a demo copy of SSR along side his production copy of BE? Will BE still work while SSR is installed? If for some reason he desides not to go down the SSR route. wiill BE still work once the SSR demo has expired?

Yes, this should be totally fine.  Just make sure the backups dont run at the same time.
