Backup Exec 12.5 still things it is an Evaluation version while the license key is installed

Not applicable

In the title bar it displays: System Backup Exec (Evaluation Version: day 3 of 60)
However, in the License Window, the Evaluation column is filled with N/A's, and everything seams fine.

The license key was for Small Business Server.

Any ideas how to fix this?

If you go into Help, then about, there is a license information button.  That will at least tell you what it thinks it is missing/needs regarding licenses.

I had a similar problem.  Fresh install of BE 12.5 for Windows SBS with additional remote agent licenses.  Everything was fine until I did the live update and installed SP1.  That broke it and turned it into a 60 day trial edition.  I opened a call with Symantec back in January.  They said it was a "known issue".  I spent all day on the phone with them talking to at least three different techs.  They couldn't figure it out.  Bottom line - I removed it, reinstalled it, turned off live updates, and it has been running fine without SP1 for about 3 months now.
