Backup Exec 2010 agent to use in Backup 12.5

Hi, I have a Serial Number of Backup Exec 2010 SQL Agent, but I need a Key to Backup Exec 12.5 and this serial number does not generate a Key. What I can do to generate a Key to 12.5 version?

BE2010 license key can be used for BE12.5 You would require a 16 digit license key.

Contact licensing team, provide them the serial number and they will email you the license key.
