Backup Exec 2012 Restore Problem - Expired License

Hi all,

I cannot restore a simple file on my backup exec 2012. My license expired 19 days ago. We are in the process of renewing the license.  Is it the problem because of the expired license. Thank you.

I found out and it is not the licensing.
