Backup Exec DLO Administration Service don't start

Hi,

Few days ago I uninstall Backup Exec 12 and install Backup Exec 12.5, and when I had all configured I saw that this service can't start.

I don't have any alert message on event viewer and when I try to restart all service appears this:



Someone can help me?

Hello,

Are you using DLO? If not go to tools-->Install Licenses and uncheck the Desktop and Laptop Options and finish the install.

If you are using DLO, Make sure that SQL Server (BKUPEXEC) service and DLO Administration Service are running under Local System Account.
