Backup exec 12.5 media unrecognized

Hi all,

I'm sure this will have been done to death but I can't find it anywhere!,  I created a backup job to run over the weekend, however, halfway through it queued with the "media unrecognized" error, how can I force a clean of the tape or tell it to use another tape without cancelling the job as everything is greyed out?

When you are in the midst of a job, you cannot pause it to do something else, like clean the tape, etc.  Your only choice is to cancel it and then re-submit the job.
