When i try to restore some particulare information from a mailbox, i've the following error message :

Couldn't Create a restore list
Such if the restore job couldn't add the selected item in the restore queue.
If i try to select only one mail in the list of the sent items of my user and to restore it, that's work. But if i select all message that's won't.
Any idea ?
