Backup exec with Vmware login issue. V-79-57344-39777

Hello any one can help me please

My envirment is backup exec 2013 SP 2 on top of win 2008 R2 and Vmware 5.0

backup server is Virtual machine (VM)

This is fully VMware backup via NBD mode. No file level backup. When I try yo get backup this fail with above error code.

If I validate the credential, It all "sucess"

I have tried with ESXi and Vcenter both. but the result same. 

I have tried the administrator stadalone user and ading this server  in to domain and the domain login admin too. both same result.

But this same setup work with Backup exec 2010 on top of win 2003( this is old system and server is very slow performance. I tried to upgrade this to 2013 on top of win 2008 r2)

Kindly help me.

Have you added the the VCenter server administrating the virtual guest and have you used the vcenter administrator account for the backup job. Is GRT enabled on the job. Try performing this

But the probel was DNS. I have manually add the host file entry and install EXSI host, vcenter both credetials in the nbackup exec server.

it is working now
