Hi,
For attached error, I have updated BE agent to 2010 R3 sp4.
Refer to document, It's been support to backup by BE15.
Please advice.
Thanks

Why would you do this? Support for previous versions of the remote agent is for rolling upgrade purposes only. Upgrade the RAWS agent to BE 15 and see if this fixes it.

I will update agent later, this just for temporary.
Since must server still using BE2010 agent. I will update in different day

Have a look @ this KB article for a detailed explanation - https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH231388.html
The BE 2010 agents will work ONLY IF the older SHA-1 certificate is still valid. If it's not, then the remote agents must be upgraded to BE 15 as well.

Why invaild now ?
I just migrate server only.

...you stated you upgraded the remote agents to BE 2010 R3 SP4...upgrade them to BE 15 ASAP and it should resolve your issues.

Invalid possibly because the certificate expired.
There is only one option and that is to upgrade the remote agents as well.

How about BE 2014 ?
Is it supported BE2010 R3 sp4 agent ? No SHA cert. issue ?
Thanks

BE 2014 uses the older SHA-1 certificates & should work with BE 2010 R3 SP4 agents (though recommended for rolling upgrade purposes only).

...just upgrade the agents to conform. You can also try editing the following entry out of a remote server's registry in order to supress the restart warning:
* regedit.exe --> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> SOFTWARE --> Symantec --> Backup Exec and
* look for a key called Database Server.
* Change the server name in there from your CASO to the MMS.
* Restart the MMS services thereafter.
