Backup, incremental and duplicate cant running.

im using windows 2008 R2 and backup exec 2012

some time ago I found the same problem. I restart the server and I repeat the backup schedule. but the same thing still happens. I attach a capture results following erorrv :

can anybody help me?

In the screenshots we cannot see the error code the backup gave, but I think this might be related to the following technote:

Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010 backup fails with an error "E000FED1: A failure occurred querying the Writer status"

Please have a look on that document and follow all the steps suggested. Then please update the thread with the feedback

Also goto your Exchange server and run the command VSSADMIN LIST WRITERS in the command promt and ensure that all the Writer are stable (specially the Exchange writer).

If not then ensure that you have installed all the OS updates (specially the VSS updates) and then reboot the server.

Then test the backups and check the result.
