Hello,
The error occurs if the B2D folder has been deleted, moved, unshared or the mapped drive containing the Backup Folder has been disconnected. This can also happen if the folder has become inaccessible for any other reason for example if the disk is full.
To resolve the issue perform following steps
1. Open Backup Exec application and select "Devices" tab
2. Ensure that B2D folder is not showing as "Offline" or paused"
3. To resolve the issue, make the folder accessible once again
4. If the folder is inaccessible then create a new B2D folder and after stopping the Backup Exec Services copy the content of the old B2D folder to a newly created folder.
5. Start all the Backup Exec services and ensure that newly created folder is not showing as "Ofline" or "Paused"
6. Perform an inventory of the folder
