BackupExec 2012 to backup Server2008R2 Cluster how install agent

Hello community, something is wrong with this constellation. I can only hardly backup the active one, the other one failed or the whole backup fails. Mediaserver on Server2008R2 with BE 2012Sp1 Cluster to back up is Microsoft Cluster 2008R2 with 2 Hosts and 1 central storage. Sorry, i didn`t found a step-by-step or something. in the kb of Symantec i didn`t found usefull actuall entries. The admin guide is not usefull. I find there only how to install a Media Server in a cluster. Can anyone help me? Thanks Dragi

The TN below details how to install it...but you just need to find the specific sections mentioned in BE 2012 as they are most likely found in a different way...
