I have BackupExec 9.1 on Server 2003 installed as Domain Admin and want to allow a user with lessor permissions - Backup Operator - full access to backupexec. What do I need to do to allow this?

Hi,

Backup Exec service account must have domain admin rights. Refer : http://support.veritas.com/docs/243033
