I recently starting experiencing having CRC errors and unable to get minimum quite time messages after completing a live update on Symantec Anti Virus.
The CRC errors are happening when it is backing up Microsoft SQL Server I suspect this is because the open file agent failed to snap volume.
I have tested the tape drive with HP Support all tests passed.
I am runing Backup Exec 9.1.4691.58
I updated the device drivers today have not been abel to restart server yet to test.
I am running Symantec Anti Virus 10.0.0.359
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
