We have recently returned to Backup Exec from Arcserve, and after initial installation, we were receiving Alerts OK. But recently, we no longer receive any Alerts.
The only thing that's changed is that Backup Exec said we had to have Exchange 2007 Management Tools installed on the same Server as Backup Exec (our DC-1). We've done that now, but we can't Restore individual items, and we no longer receive Emails.
Any thoughts?
