I'm planning for our disaster recovery plan. Im trying to backup our servers using continuous protection server that is located at an offsite data center. The continuous protection server is backing up the file server at our main office via VPN. As you can see below, the server FRANKLIN turns unavailble once i moved the CPS to VPN but when i move the CPS to the local network it turns Online. I have already open the ports described in the manual. But even though the status of the remote server is Unavailable, the continuous job is running. Is there something im missing on my configuration? We are using Sonicwall NSA 3500 and Sonicwall NSA 240 for our VPN appliance.
