DLO Agent Fails After SP3 is applied

After I applied SP3 for a v10 installation, the DLO agent install fails. Clicking on \\mediaserver\DLOAgent\setup.exe results in a window popping up for a brief second and then dissapearing. I checked around for log files and found one in the C:\Windows\ directory on the laptop in quesion. The file name was bkupinst.log. The entry logged is as follows:

01-17-2006,10:51:38 : ERROR: 2 - Failed to open MSI package \\mediaserver\DLOAgent\VERITAS Backup Exec For Windows Servers.msi
01-17-2006,10:51:38 : ERROR: Installation failed with error 2.

The notes related to SP3 indicate that the client needs to be updated on the desktops and laptops. It is interesting to note that the file it is trying to open is not in the folder for the DLOAgent. Is it supposed to be?
