DLO Login Failed

Hi,

I have DLO installed in some laptops and I inserted new users profile on Desktop Laptop Option (on server) and all users lost the connection.

When I restart the laptops I received the logon screen, the username, password and domain are correct, but I cannot connect on the server (start the DLO program).

I've already reboot the server, and didn't work.

Any ideas ?

Hello,

Do you get any error if you try to connect to the DLO server from the client? Are all the clients in the same domain? Check if the service Veritas Agent Change journal reader is started. ALso check if the services: Backup Exec DLO Administration Service and MSSQL$BKUPEXECDLO Service are started on the server.

If the above does not help, do write back to the forum with details on the issue.
