Is there any solution to keep this from happening? I have 3 techs that use the software and any time they logon to configure or repair a users laptop, they get a computer account created. I have over 100 useless accounts and that process is not very friendly or easy.
When you pull up the Computer ID, it shows 2 numbers. one for the user and one for the tech. How do I know which one to delete? Even though it is 50/50, I say I choose the wrong one %80
Is there a solution to repair DLO so it will delete the computer or user account like it is supposed to?
This is BE 2010 with SP1 and latest updates running on Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 and all current windows updates.
