Disable a Storage device ?

Hello,

IF I disable a storage on Backup Exec.
I Think the jobs not put the backups anymore ok, but If I Want to restore a backup, the Backup Exec Access it to take them ?

And the Recycle at the others devices, it will continue work if the storage are disable ? I ask It because the recyle not work so wheel when I paused a storage, some jobs that have dependent backups on it, not expire in others devices Storages.

In the later BE versions you can mark disk storage devices as limited to read only - which would disable them being used for backups but allow them to be used for restores. This will also disable any DLM deletions (reclaims) of old backup sets.

I am not 100% sure if disabling a device in the way you ask blocks restores (although I suspect it does)
