Meilleures salutations

Hello,
Thank you for your answer.
The problem is that this storage no longer exists.
So i can't update it.
I tried to add it, but i can't choose the disk.. the letter is not appearing on the list.
Is there another way to add this disk as a storage device ?
Best regards

On the Storage tab, click on the storage defined on the disk and change this setting to No.
This will make your storage writable again.
What you are experiencing is the "virtual write protection" feature of BE 2012. You can change the period after which the storage is marked read-only by clicking on the BE button ---> Configuration and Settings ---> Backup Exec Settings and changing this setting

BE tracks disks by their diskid. You can fool BE by changing the the diskid of your disk to a different id.
https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/pt-br/blogs/changing-diskid
This way BE will think that it is a new disk and you should be able to add storage to it.

Hello,
Thanks for your answer.
I tried a few minutes ago, and when i execute "uniqueid disk id=XXXXXX"
The commande respond: Diskpart has encounted a error: Media protected from writing.
I'm still blocked =(
Best regards

I have no problems changing the diskid for disks on my machine. Maybe it is BE that is holding the disk. Stop all the BE services before doing the change or plug the disk into another machine and do the change there.

Hello,
I didn't work either.
Disk still protected even in administrator cmd mode without BE services.

Have you tried on another machine?

Not yet, i'm far away from the server.
I'll try the next time i go for the server management.
