Does the upcoming release BE2012 have CLI to Configure Open Storage?

Open BEMCLI_en.chm from \Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec

its a help menu for all options...i think there is an option NewBEOpenStorageDevice..but double-check by opening the chm file
