Does Backup Exec 2014 server come with Application and Database license?

Hi, we are going to install Backup Exec 2014 server software in a Windows server (Windows Server 2008 R2). This Windows server has another application which uses MS SQL database as backend database.

My question is: 

Do we need to purchase one Application and Database license to back up the MS SQL database that is used by the other application in this server? Is the Backup Exec 2014 server license has Application and Database license included?

The Agent for Applications & Database license is not included with the Backup Exec server license.

For a live (online) backup of SQL, yes, this license is required.
