We use BE 11d. I just put in a new tape and BE has given it a duplicate Label and Media ID to an existing tape. It also shows as a yellow question mark rather than a tape symbol in the interface while the original shows as a tape symbol. I know how to re-label the tape but this just re-labels both tapes. How can I get BE to recognise the new tape as a different tape and give it a unique Media ID?
