Duplicate to Tape - Job corruption

Just curious as to how often other users here may see the duplicate to job in policy job corruption problem... it seems that jobs created by policy to duplicate a set to tape randomly corrupt, and I've seen eight jobs thus far this week fail here, and after deleting and recreating the jobs/template, the duplication works fine.

And yes, I have all the updates, on 5520, running all hotfixes, etc.

What is the error message you get and the error code that you get when the duplicate job fails.
This error occurs for how many jobs and what is the frequency of job corruption.
