During IDR setup on Windows 2000 Server encounter Invalid Serial Number

When I create IDR in diskettes I had encounter problem on the screen of entering the windows 2000 Serial number from the IDR setup wizard.

The product key I had enter is a valid serial number but it prompt message about the serial number is invalid, either I would like to leave it blank or re-enter again.

Since ity allow me to leave it blank so I do it and continue my IDR diskette setup.

My IDR restoration is smooth and finished restoring from tape. After I restart my server I encounter the error message below:

1st message appears.
Error Message Title: Fatal Error.
Message Details:
An Error has been encountered that prevent setup from continuing.

Setup failed to install the product catalogs. This is a fatal error.
The setup log files should contain more information.

Press OK to view the setup log file.

After click OK. The next message appears.

2nd message appears
Error Message Title: System Setup Log – (C:\WINNT\Setuperr.log)
Message Details:
Error:
The Signature for windows 2000 server setup is invalid. The error
code
is 800b0003.

The form specified for the subject is not one supported or known by
the specified trust provider.

The setup log files should contain more information" will be resolved once the correct serial number is provided.

The issue appears because a service pack integrated Windows 2000 CD was used during the IDR preparation. We suggest you to use a standard Windows 2000 CD for IDR preparation.
