Enterprise Vault LOCALHOST issue

Hi Friends,

I have a problem about Enterprise Vault Backup using BackupExec. actually, I think i know issue. But I do not know what the reason is.

When i look Backupexec Agent on Enterprise Vault Server i see this configuration but what is LOCALHOST ??? Where is it coming ????? Because Backupexec attempt to backup Localhost and i am getting error.. I think Backupexec is searching Localhost.

why bother backing up the monitoring db in the first place?

That's coming from the "MonitoringSettings" Table in the EnterpriseVaultDirectory database, I guess.
Have a look there, column "SQLServer"

Hi Michel, Thank you for your solution ! It's working now, I can backup succesfully. As you said, I changed localhost with SQL Server FQDN.
