Error - Mount Failed backup exec 11d

Hi people.

When I try to run a job in backup exec 11d it does not do anything and I have to cancel the job, and in job log shows the error: "Error - Mount Failed"

Please any idea will help

Where is the backup targeted (Disk to Tape)?

Do you see any unattended alerts in the alerts tab of BE?

Do you see any errors in the windows event viewer?

Ensure 11d is on build 7170 with all sp5 & updates

Also have this worked before ?
