Error V-79-10000-11226, need solution urgent!!

Recently, i fail to do the server backup due to the error as below:

Have you rebooted the server recently?  A reboot often resolves VSS writer errors.  Also, update the Media server with the SP2 and hotfix 227745  refer here: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH66724  and then push out the AWS (Agent for Window Servers)  to the remote servers
