Error when running daily backup.

I got error when daily backup running as below:

Do anyone know what is this error mean?

besides, I`m not able to complete the backup task after selecting "Verify after backup completed". Did it relate to above error?

I`m using BE 2010 R3 and HP autoloader.

Run the HP LT&T utility against the tape library/drive to check for hardware errors.  Make sure that you select the write test and that you have stopped all the BE services beforehand.

If you are not on the latest firmware, do upgrade to the latest firmware.

In addition to the above, consider running a power-cycle. And is the drive/changer using symantec/ms drivers ?

What autoloader & drive?  What interface?  What HBA?  Hopefully you are using a supported HBA (not a RAID card).
