Event ID 57802 "The Backup Exec Server Service did not start."

Hello
We installed Windows 2003 SP1 German und after Serve-reboot two Backup Exec V10 Services did�t started with Event ID 57802:

"The Backup Exec Server Service did not start. An internal error (-2147467259) occurred in object 17."

We tryed re-install Backup Exec, set the permissions with DCOMCNFG und check the MDAC commponents(nothing mismatch !) - but its no help !
Can anyone help uns !?

Did you applied any hot fixes/patches..

It seems problem releted to some other configuration on the system(Rights, directory permissions, COM+, etc).

Deleting the HKLM\Software\Veritas\Backup Exec subkeys and directories

should have worked with a clean reinstall and hot fixes/patches.

Hello,

Please start the sgmon utility and then paste the "error" part of the log to find the exact error.

Thank you for your Answer. I started SGMon selected "capture to file" and all Components. Next I started/tryed BE Server - it did�t start.
Its a part of log mit Error:
