Hi Everyone,
We are experiencing a problem with Exchange backup restore.
Currently backups are done on to a disk device. Backup jobs are successfully running but the restore operations fails after an error with mounting the media. It appears as if the the system is searching for a tape eventhough the backup is done on to disk media.
Our current setup contains two mail box servers behind 2 CAS servers with a network load balancer.
Windows Server 2008 R2
Microsoft Exchange 2010
Backup Exec 2010 R2
I have attached the backup log output and the restore log output under logs.zip. Appreciate any advice on resolving this issue.
