Exchange Database what level should I check

This is just a question

When backing up exchange, see the screenshot below

You can see Microsoft Information Store is checked but also Program Files\Microsoft\Microsoft Exchange\Mailbox\Mailbox Database 2012070313 is also checked, does this mean my exchange database is being backed up twice? Or what way does it work.. What is the difference, can I uncheck one? Thanks

No, the EDB in the folder is beïng skipped by the BE global exclusion list (or it's being in use by Exchange).

So the Exchange Information Store is the only correct way to backup Exchange.
